4. How long does the assessment or engagement take?

The initial governance assessment can be completed through our digital diagnostic tool in approximately 60 minutes. The tool evaluates your organization’s current governance maturity and provides a clear dashboard with an executive report covering the current state, key gaps, governance risks, and recommended improvement actions.

If a deeper review is required, we move to a second phase that includes a more detailed analysis of documents, processes, authority levels, reporting structures, and control mechanisms. This phase usually takes one week or more, depending on the size of the organization, the scope of work, and the level of detail required.
